Latest Updates
Hayloft
The Royal Oak Inn now has a newly refurbished self-catering hayloft (for 2 persons) ‘on site’ and is available for the weekend of June 20th-22nd, at £35 pn
(minimum booking 2 nights) but you’ll have to be quick to book it.
http://www.royaloakwetton.co.uk/html/the_hayloft.html
Camping Availability
The main campsite has vacancies only for Friday night left, Saturdays camping is now fully booked.
However there is another campsite very-very close-by
’in'fact it’s only separated from the The Royal Oak Inn campsite by a small field’.
But the facilities for this campsite are limited, there are no showers and only 1 w/c, however there are public toilets available adjacent to the camping field as well
Details to book the above: - Mr J Wint, New House Farm, Wetton, 01335 310204, £4 pp/pn.
Meals at the Royal Oak Inn
The Royal Oak Inn is the only pub in the village so you should book a table the night before if you are intending on dinning there Friday and/or Saturday nights.
We will be taking a throwaway BBQ + our own food (& booze) for the Friday night, if anyone would like to join us then bring your own BBQ & food etc.
No-doubt we’ll venture into the pub later on in the night. |

Hi DJ, Dawn,Kevin,Jane
Thanks so much for this weekend Friday night was very enjoyable. The run on Sunday was great did not realise there were so many roads we had not been on and the scenery was great to. Just a shame the weather on Sat spoiled it for you. Mummy and Alan |
