Working in the woods yesterday and me mate spotted some Chicken of the Woods (Laetiporus sulphureus)



well between us we was 99% sure that's what it was Confused
anyway later that night 'after a few Brandys' I fried it-up and eat it, it was DELOUSES 'Yum, Yum'.

24 hrs later I'm still here with no problems (u'no?) Wink.

Just go's to show what foods growing around us and it's for FREE,  
I all'ways associated fungi with autumn?  Confused

BUT DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT 'PLEASE'
