nah mate just watch too much top gear !!
car very different from mk 1 am still undecided whether to keep or swap back, just got to get used to changes.
doesnt seem as responsive, got a bit of clutch judder when setting off , not as raw as mk 1, more refined and comfortable, think that is mazda for less fun, but will see what she is like in the dry.

im sure id read sommat about a recall on the clutches, because of the judder , i'll try to remember where and post on here.

there was a TSB [technical service bulletin ] issued by mazda regarding the recalls,

thanks for that mate, had a look and 69 pages of posts, !! but seems it should have been done years ago, but silly woman didnt bother, too old now, and seems wasnt a recall but only if owners complained, lot of passing the buck between dealer and mazda. may just ask dealer but not hopeful.

pete i had ours done a few years ago, particular judder when reversing..comlained and they sorted it no probs..take it in to a decent mx5 dealer and i am sure they will look after you..stu
