Just a reminder on behalf of organiser Trevor, who is away working for a while,
we need definate numbers for this trip so he can book us the hotel,
for those new members or who couldnt make it last year, please feel free to search out the details on the forum of last years trip, and photo's of course on the forum.
see below for latest update from Trev.

Dear all

Twelve months have passed since we all drove our cars around Wales, I hope you all enjoyed it, as we are doing it all over again.
Apart from a few changes in the roads, the trip will mirror last years, the only difference being the hotel in Llangollen.

The wild pheasant is completely booked for that weekend, however their
sister hotel can accommodate us if we book quickly. It would appear that
there is some sort of cannon ball car run over the weekend (if anybody knows
anything about it, I really would like to know)
www.brynhowel.com

The cost of the Bryn Howel is £55 per person per night for dinner bed and
breakfast (checking on single supplements).

we can also use the facilities, ie spa,  sauna and pool of the wild pheasant hotel free, just a short drive away.

If this is acceptable to everyone, I would appreciate a positive reply in
order for me to confidently book.

either e mail or post on forum will be fine

regards on Trevors behalf
Pete

But don't hold your bookings for us, if we don't get anything we'll sort our selfs out 'it sounds good though'  Cool

Of course John, why would it be a problem, the more the merrier,
as for drinks, that will obviously be the saturday night, in LLangollen, either in the hotel, or near enough so we dont have to drive, or short taxi of course. most of regulars seem to be going, about 9 cars, am looking forward to it.

will you be doing that overnight camp again near ecton wasn;t  it ? missed it last year as it clashed, but am up for it this year, dusting barbie off ready for season as we speak  Shocked

see you in welsh wales if not before

Pete

I'm solely (spelling?) organising THIS
(I'm J R on there).

Kev & Jane are coming with their MX5, so if you want your more than welcome 'I don't think? it will be like a scene out off West Side Storey when you both turn up in your 5's'  Laughing  Laughing  Laughing

+ I could do with a hand on the run, Ie: locals familiar with the area and other radio contact on the run  Wink
